McDonald's in Leuna

Food is fresh as always, but unfortunately I can only give it 2 stars because I was given the wrong milkshake again.

Corona rules are not observed 80 percent of the staff had the masks under their chins during our visit. 80 percent of the staff had the mask on after calling the manager. Only the two gentlemen who prepared the citizens left the mask in the chin area and looked grim. I asked for my money back. Very bad. Update: 08/30/2020 12:50 p.m. We were here again. Once again, 2 employees did not consider it necessary to cover their nose or even their mouth and nose. And that after we pointed out the grievances last time. That should be reported to the corporate headquarters and of course to the health department. Update 12/11/2020 5.40 p.m. and 50 seconds We went to this store again. This time all employees wore an exemplary mask. Except for the 2 employees who prepared the food. Are you serious? I have already pointed this out 2 times that there is a need for handling here. Now I have contacted Mc Donalds Germany. I wouldn't be surprised if the public order office and the hygiene is on the mat. The staff member with red hair when asked for a bag in the Mcdrive just left the bag on the counter in a bad way and it is gone! I should take the 4 menus from the counter and put them in. This woman shouldn't work with clients, or at least trigger their frustration otherwise.

I received something different than what I ordered, and I didn't get the coffee cream I ordered with my coffee. Employees seem to prefer chatting to friends than paying attention to the correct order.

You are not allowed to eat within 50 m of or in the restaurant. I watched my car because of it. The toilet is locked. So only the parking lot was left as a toilet. You should wash your hands constantly but the possibility of doing so remains confused. Last but not least, there was no spoon with the salad. The one with the toilet is an absolutely lousy thing. Corona or not.

Due to Corona I am unfortunately not able to rate this restaurant with a review.

Was full. Driveinn only. A burger was missing. Unfortunately I only noticed at home. I wasn't willing to go back again. Unfortunately it is not the first time there. Maybe I'll cook again. If something is missing ... it's your own fault.

Very nice staff! Food is also freshly prepared. Very clean the shop. Even now in the current situation.

I ordered café latte with topping and what I got was a large mug with foam and hardly any café in it. After a complaint made again and then it was warm water with milk. You can't call it a café. Staff annoyed and toilet not clean either.

Despite the drive in, we had to wait longer than 15 minutes, even though there was no car in front of us. Employees seemed overwhelmed and weren't particularly friendly.

Not recommendable. Waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees and 1 ice cream. Ice went back then was already melted. Container for tablet return overfull.

Very unmotivated, unfriendly service ... there is certainly more! Food usual good quality ....

Dear Mc D team, How can a hygiene concept be implemented in which all customers access one and the same screen when there is a regular checkout option? I do not get it. #Corona is over ...

After we noticed at home that a burger was missing, this time we checked it in the car. Another burger was missing from three burger orders. Complained in the restaurant, I got the burger straight away, so a point. But no insight, no accommodation.

Good McDonald's. Toilets are clean and don't smell. Nice big. Operation at the place.

What an experience. Leftovers from all guests of the day can be found on the tables, if you tell an employee about it you will only be looked at in a perplexed manner and left standing. The toilets are also extremely questionable ... A substantial part was missing from the order. What happened to the egg in the drink? MAIN MATTER MASK ON! 👏🏻

Quality service and the entrées are fresh & tasty 💯. Unfortunately there were a lot of wasps outside and as a result 1 Star was deducted. That being said I would most certainly return to this McDonald’s in the future.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was completely inadequate. There was not a single clean table wiped. And we don't even talk about the floor under the tables. The tablet return was also completely overcrowded. What the employees noticed, but only quickly saw away. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the toilet was also completely inadequate. It looked like a pig everywhere. Even though the shop was only slightly visited and at least one employee, if not two, would have had time to clean. The motivation of the employees was felt at the time, wherever there were, also towards zero. For a friendly hello or please it was definitely not enough.

The mcnuggets are better than i Sweden! The Curry sauce is sweet and tasty! But I dont ever want to pay for ketchup in a place like this!

Typical Mc Donald nothing more, nothing less. But Clean.
